The chart below is of the Vanguard Total Stock Market ETF. As shown via the Wm %R and Rate of Change (ROC) indicators, today’s rally has not reversed relatively weak upside momentum.
Numerous risk-related ETFs have similar looking charts. We would like to see some improvement from a momentum perspective.
