The VIX Short-Term Futures ETF (VXX) is down 6%-plus today on very strong volume. We noted on Sunday the VIX was vulnerable, which would lean bullish for stocks in the short-run. The bulls would like to see the S&P 500 close over the mid-point of today’s trade, which is 1,408.21. As of 3:44 p.m. EDT, the S&P 500 was at 1,410.21.
