"What is the nature of the relationship between CCM & CCM's Custodian?"Schwab Institutional, a division of Charles Schwab & Co., Inc., has been selected by Ciovacco Capital Management as the primary custodian for CCM's clients. Having Charles Schwab as custodian for client assets allows us access to comprehensive services to help us serve our clients. The recommendations made by Ciovacco Capital Management (CCM) are made soley by CCM and bear no input from CCM's custodian. Similarly, any information obtained from a Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. site or publication in no way reflects the opinion of Ciovacco Capital Management, LLC. No revenue sharing takes place, either directly or indirectly, betweeen CCM and its custodian. For example, when a stock is bought or sold, the client is charged $8.99*; 100% of the $8.99 goes to the custodian. Similarly, when a client is charged a quarterly management fee, 100% goes to CCM. We are separate entities working together to better serve the individual investor. As it should be, the setup produces a "win-win-win" relationship; it is good for CCM, good for the custodian, and good for you (the investor).
